There’s nothing more fun for a girl then decorating with pink! I love muted colours and neutrals so pink is what I lean towards rather than red.
What do you usually do on Valentine’s Day? Restaurants on Valentine’s Day are usually overcrowded and overpriced and cramped with way too many tables for two.
I have my table set for a midday dessert complete with vanilla cream pie and sparking pink lemonade. I’ll be sharing this pie recipe with you later this week!
This could be a family, double date or single girls table setting. So many fun options!
Let’s get started…
It’s so easy to decorate with flowers. I found a sale on these beautiful, long-stemmed roses at a grocery store. I simply scattered them along my French linen runner with some votive candles.
In total, there are two dozen roses on the table and one doze in the vase on the cabinet. Each dozen is slightly different and gives the table more variated color and texture.
All sources are listed towards the bottom of my post.
This shabby chic/scrap fabric garland is something I made for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party. Which is so coincidental because today she turns 5!!
I can’t believe how long it’s been since I made that and how big she is already. Please stop growing.
These angel wings are actually kid’s costume wings that I’ve tied with string to the back of the chairs.
My china pattern is longer available (Royal Doulton Naples Silver) but here are similar patterns.
If you are new here, then you need to know how much I love to bake and especially bake pies.
It was easy to change up the cream coloured taper candles to pink ones in my French yogurt jar candle holders.
I’ll share with you later this week how easy this little treat bags are to make. We’re going to make more for my kids’ classmates.
I hope you enjoyed my pretty pink Valentine’s Day table setting. It’s nice to think out of the box when it comes to to this holiday and share it with loved ones.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
