Making Valentine’s Day crafts and setting up all the decor last week has been so much fun!
It’s really just an excuse to break out all the pink!
Today I’m joining some of my best blogging friends to share our free Valentine’s printables with you so be sure to check theirs out at the end of my post.
Let me show you these adorable Valentine’s day postcards and how to make the cute vellum envelope to go with them.
Here are the Valentine’s day postcards I made. You can download the free printable towards the end of my post.
Once you’ve printed them out, you can use a paper cutter or scissors to cut them but make sure to round the corners with scissors.
The pink background is very subtle so it shouldn’t drain all your printer ink.
Be sure to print them off on cardstock.
The vellum envelope is super easy. Take a sheet of vellum (I used pink vellum) and place your postcard on it.
Fold one edge over to the middle of the postcard.
Fold the other edge over a bit tight (keeping the postcard firmly in place) and creasing the fold.
Make sure there is some overlap and cut the excess.
Next cut the excess on the one side.
Seal it with a sticker.
The postcard will easily slide in a out and the sticker won’t need to be opened.
So sweet to hand out homemade Valentine’s cards to friends or give them to your honey.
I think they are just the sweetest.
Now be sure to visit my good friends and their Valentine’s Day Free Printables!
Happy Valentine’s Day!
