Beautiful Green Painted Room Inspiration for Office

Looking for inspiration to paint your interior walls green? Check out these beautiful rooms and what my office currently looks like.

Vaulted ceiling and chandelier in office.

Guess what? You’re about to see messy (AKA realistic) office photos!

I think I’ve shown you one photo of my office back when I first moved into my house four years ago now. It’s always been a working office, not a pretty office. I wish I had a pretty looking office where cords and papers are unseen like my friend Sarah. I honestly don’t know how to work like that (trust me, I’ve tried!).

And as you can see, I need 100 post-it notes all over my desk!

The room itself has pretty details (a high vaulted ceiling and a pretty chandelier) but it’s just an office, nothing really exciting about it with lots of computers, monitors and, you know, office stuff.

Lately I’ve been wanting to change the paint color in here and I’m not sure if I’m going for it just yet but it got me researching beautiful green spaces to get inspired! Why green? Because it’s my favorite color and I haven’t painted a room green yet!

Let’s get inspired!

Here is a round-up of inspiration of green painted walls.

  1. I love that Olive Grove and the Luxe by Magnolia. I’m not that fond of the two blocked colors. I think it really cuts up the room. I love, love, love the shape of your window even though the light creates some issues with your photography. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

  2. I love the Luxe by Magnolia and In the Moment and Pinecone Hill by Behr. I think a blue green color looks more modern, and I would have to agree with Aaron that the other greens, especially the dark ones, look like the 90’s. In fact I had a room painted in dark green back then and it really darkened the whole space. That’s just my 2 cents, but I know that whatever you do will come out looking nice. Good luck!

  3. I should have put this in the previous comment, but I wanted to add that I think the vaulted ceiling would look really good painted in the same color as the walls. I’m seeing a lot of rooms with the walls and ceiling all painted the same color, especially when the ceiling is almost an extension of the walls.

  4. I love love green and use it in my home.
    My favs are:

    Luxe / Magnolia
    Thunderous / SW
    Vintage Voge / Behr

You have a tough decision on picking a green, they are all so gorgeous.

  5. What about a mint green color but maybe not so light play with it,😁 I love hunter green , would use it on a statement wall🙂
    Have fun with the office

  6. What about the green you have on the home page sage , sorry for the double post, I thought about after I clicked print

  7. Just painted our renovated living room Croquet by Benjamin Moore. Wasn’t sure about the green, but I went with my hubby’s suggestion and love it! I call it a ‘cozy’ green, a warm inviting color.
