Home Style Saturdays
Welcome back to Home Style Saturdays!
It’s been raining here in Vancouver allllll week and I still had to take a few shots outside for a few of my book projects so as soon as there has been a break in the rain, I quickly take out my projects and styled decor pieces and quickly shoot. It’s been challenging!
This week my daughter, who is in Kindergarten, is having a field trip to a pumpkin patch in the country. I remember going with my son in Kindie too and it’s by far the best field trip to go on with your kids. The field trips don’t allow parents to tag along so while my daughter is still young, I jump on every chance I get to join in and volunteer. Then I’m making Halloween cupcakes for my son’s class for their Halloween party. It’s challenging, to say the least, about getting time in for my kids and getting this book done but I just can’t miss it. This book is almost done and I cannot wait to share it with you in spring next year. It seems so far away but I know it will come up fast. Now it’s time to finish those projects for the book this weekend.
What are your plans this weekend? Let’s see what my fabulous friends are up to.
