Thank you so much for sharing your creativity; your post has saved me $$$ and time. Thanks to the previous owner of our home, our den has one wall comprised of floor-to-ceiling, built-in bookshelves. I have a few smaller canvas paintings sitting against the back wall of some of the shelves. I’ve always wished I had a few seasonal (especially Christmas) canvases to switch out for Christmas, but I couldn’t justify or afford the expense of paintings or prints for just a season. Thanks to your brilliance, I WILL have what I always wanted this holiday season! I can’t wait to get started. Happy Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year season to you and yours!

Hi Cheryl,
I’ve had other people saying they had similar problems. I’m not sure if it’s the type of ink from the pinter? You could try it this way: glue the art down on the canvas first, let it dry then spray the whole piece with a semi-gloss or matte polyurethane spray. I’ll update my post with that option too.
