Rebranding and My Office

Im very excited to share with you new pictures of my office and I have also rebranded and have a new look!

Rebranding And My Office - So Much Better With Age

You guys, I was super excited to share with you today rebranding of my site and I was going to publish this post yesterday but it’s not quite there yet. We ran into a few snags getting it all done. Along with the rebrand, I’m getting a new theme with my WordPress site so it’s many working components to get the look I’ve been wanting for my blog for a long time now.

Rebranding My Website

If you follow me on Instagram and from my previous hints in posts, I’ve been talking for months now about a whole new rebranding of my site and I cannot wait to share it with you.

I’m hoping this week it will all be in place but today I’m sharing with you the very first look at my rebranding from Bliss & Tell.

Oh and I thought I would share a few pics of my French inspired office with you too.

An office desk with an Apple computer.

I could not be happier with the custom work I received from Reni and the staff at Bliss and Tell Branding Company. They truly hold your hand through the whole branding process.

Reni and I had many Skype discussions, emails, homework (for me) and mock up designs.

In fact, we didn’t have too many mock up designs because they pretty much nailed it for me. Once she got to know me, what I’m about, and what my readers had to say about me, it was time to get to work on what my vision would be.

I have a thing for crocks…I have one in every room of my house. You might have remembered my Crock-mas Tree from a couple of years back.

Anyhoo, they made an emblem that resembles a stamp on a crock!

Isn’t that adorable? My heart melted when I saw it.

When I first started this blog, I really wanted just Better With Age but the domain wasn’t available. They never tell you this when you first pick a website name and it’s truly THE most important thing. It’s very hard to change your  name after! I was with Blogger at the time and I picked So Much Better With Age as Better With Age was unavailable. Totally fine it’s just a mouthful though. Of course, someone owns betterwithage.com and I could not get a hold of them and if I did I most likely would be paying them a yearly hosting fee and I didn’t want someone else to be in control of my domain. So So Much Better With Age it is and hence the reason why I don’t care that the So Much is more a design element…than a focus on the exact words.

You all know who I am and let’s just put all the emphasis on Better With Age, k?

{{EEK! I just adore this new logo!}}

Here is the vision board that we went back and forth on a bit but in the end they got me! It really is me in a nutshell with lots of French inspired items.

Once this was complete, they somehow magically came up with my whole design which they totally nailed. In like the first try.

And here is the vision:

Classic + French

Honest Journey

True + Approachable

All of this is the jumping point for my rebranding.

It really is such a cool experience.

I’m so excited to have a new site rebranding in a new office. This room is actually a fourth bedroom. With the vaulted ceiling and large window I knew it would be the perfect spot just for my office.

On the other side of the room is another same chair (you might remember them from my old living room) and a table for sewing. But currently that side of the room is a disaster so you can just view the pretty side.

There are purple/pink flowers on the office desk.

Everything is coming along now. Stayed tuned this week when everything goes live!
