That makes me so happy to hear! So surprisingly, these clippings did not have any sap on them and I didn&#039;t put them in water as they were sitting out in the rain in front of the store for quite some time. I think putting them in a vase of water would help. Having them on a table runner like I did in my dining room, I would let them dry out before you do that so the sap dries up then place them there and they will eventually die. That&#039;s what I did, brought the clippings home and left them on a towel to acclimate to the temperature. But the ones you want on display in a vase, I would put those ones in water!
