Delicious muffins, I only had enough mix for exactly 11 muffins so I might have overfilled them a little bit, but having no waste at the end is really nice!

Hi Cindy,
I’m sure you could substitute the flour as there’s not very much in the recipe. Is there a GF website that tells you how much to convert? This would make a really good GF recipe.
