Hey Jamie, Thanks for the reminders to keep organizing and it will happen! I am also downsizing from a northern state to a southern state. It is hard to choose what cold weather items that I will need for a visit north. Having a friend to help that let’s you know “ just sell that one and keep this one!” It also makes the journey of organizing lighter! Thanks for the motivator. M
