Thanks Carol! I know, I’m feeling the same. I’ve been simplifying my home for the last couple of years and then tend to overdecorate for the holidays because I thought that’s what readers wanted. I’m just going to do simply now!

Woohoo! Finally a post from decorators that totally get it! I am tired of over the top decorating. Simple is so beautiful, easy, natural and way less expensive then covering every inch of your Christmas tree so you don’t see the beauty of the tree. I have simplified our home as we paint and redecorate. Less is more in my life now…I want a room that breathes!
