Thanks for your site! We are building a new home and I love Benjamin Moore White Dove for the whole house (including walls, cabinets and trim), however, they say we have to use Sherwin Williams paint Is Alabaster the closest we can get to White Dove, or is there a closer one? If we have to go with Alabaster, will it clash with a bright white stand alone tub in the bathroom, or is that not a big deal? Bathroom will face southwest and kitchen will face northwest! Thank you!

What sheen did you use in your bathrooms with showers? They always say Semi Gloss but it shows all the imperfections of the wall. Have you used Aura Bath & Spa – Matte
Matte (532)? Im also looking at for the bathrooms ADVANCE Interior Paint- Satin
Satin (792)?

So many different types to choose from not sure what is best for whole house, baseboards, doors & another for the bathrooms and of course the kitchen.

What color are your kitchen cabinets? I am putting in white want to know if the Simply White looks good next to them

Hi Teddie,
It’s so difficult to know without trying it in your home with your lighting. You could try Simply White or Chantilly Lace. I would try a few samples on the ceiling first before you paint it everywhere.
