Thanks Claudia! It was a project I did for my book, French Vintage Decor. I took a crocheted tablecloth and sewed it to fabric!

But what is that crochet-look throw or blanket on your bed? This just gave me an idea. I have a crocheted bedspread that my grandmother made, I think I will attach it a piece of grey flannel for a winter look.

Not sure how old this post is, but I am dying to know what color you have on your walls in this room!

I am currently choosing between Gray Owl and Stonington Gray (with orange oak floors. ugh. but I have to live with them for at least 2 more years). I use warm lighting and I don’t have as much natural light in my room as you do. I kind of wanted to avoid green/yellow, but I am not sure if stonington is too blue? Ideally the gray I choose is as neutral as possible… and with trees outside and warm lighting I am terrified that Gray Owl will look green as I have seen and heard of it doing!!
