A vintage Christmas tour 🎄 Adding vintage touches A vintage Christmas tour 🎄

Adding vintage touches throughout my home is what makes Christmas real for me.

Vintage decor is the easiest way to make your Christmas home stand out. Mix in a couple of secondhand finds with your regular decor (brass, old glass ornaments, old pottery, wooden boards) and your space instantly feel more personal and intentional. 🎄

➡️ Comment VINTAGE4 and I will DM you the links to the blog post as well as vintage decor links.

My bedroom style has changed slightly over the yea My bedroom style has changed slightly over the years, it’s now pared back as I like my bedroom minimal for a good night’s sleep.

The bed, however, has not changed in over 10 years and I still get questions weekly about it on my blog. I’ve updated this blog post again after sourcing 14 beautiful French style beds that fit the criteria of

1) being upholstered and
2) wooden frame

It’s been a challenge to find French style beds with this criteria every year but I make it my mission! My bed is something I’ve never grown tired of and I don’t think I ever will.

There’s nothing better than making your own Christmas crackers with your own tiny treats inside instead of the commercial plastic stuff from the stores.

You’ll need some toilet paper rolls, tissue, my free printable downloads.

Roll tissue paper over the toilet paper roll, add the treats inside, tie ribbon around the ends and tape the printable around it.

Such a meaningful treat for Christmas! 🎁🎄

My European/vintage/Old World stockings. I created My European/vintage/Old World stockings. I created this stocking pattern because I could never find what I was looking for online. I made several prototypes as you can see and finally after the seventh one I landed on a winner.

All you need to do is download my free stocking pattern, order some hemp fabric that I’ve sourced from buyers on Etsy, cut out and sew them.

All I can sew are straight lines so I know this is an easy project. And I hang these stockings every year on my mantel.

I stuff a bit of pillow fluff in the bottom so they hang nicely and that’s it! So many vintage linen/hemp fabric have embroidery on it from years past and I just placed the embroidered portion near the top to make it intentional.

We don’t use these stockings as actual stockings when Santa arrives Christmas Eve. We have larger ones that he fills to the brim. But these are the decorative ones we use so they are always in the best shape.

➡️ Comment STOCKING and I will DM the link for the tutorial, pattern and fabric!

Merry Vintage Christmas!🎄
