Soak in the tub with music and candles.
Taking a walk relaxes me and the craziest of all things, pulling weeds from the garden and flower beds in the evening, relaxes me too.
I like to have a cup of coffee or tea (depending on the mood) and read.
i like to switch everything off and just sit and daydream (if it’s cold) or go frfor a really long walk in the mountains or forest if its warm xx
