Non-Fluffy, Minimalist, Serene Bedding
Check out all these non-fluffy beautiful beds and see why it just might be something you should incorporate into your home!
Can you tell I have no idea what to title this post? I don’t know what to call it but I will tell you this, I love it. And it’s because I do not like to sleep with a super fluffy duvet or comforter. It makes me feel suffocated and too hot. I have a silk duvet so when it’s on my bed, it looks flat. But it keeps me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I also don’t like a ton of pillows piled on my bed, I like my bedroom to be simple and serene. This is the exact silk duvet I have.
Whatever this style is called, I’m all for it!

Let’s see what other beds I’ve found so we can see how many options there are out there to style your bed minimally.
Minimal Smooth Bedding
@moorehousedesign displayed a bedspread with a blanket at the end of the bed. The colors are luxurious.

I love how @t.thompson_ drapes a white linen or cotton blanket or sheet over the top of her bed along with a wool blanket. She has the best style!
@nestandcovintage has the most gorgeous linens draped over her upholstered bedframe with more gorgeous pillows.
@laineandlayne has a quilted coverlet over her bed with what looks like another one draped over at the foot of her bed. This is very cozy and perfect for someone who is leaning into this style.
@carpendaughter tucked the whole bedding under the mattress which looks so good. The quilted coverlet/blanket at the foot of the bed reads very cozy.
@roseuniacke is an amazing stylemaker and her cream bedspread with draped rust-colored blanket is so perfect.
@blancmarineliving creates the most dreamy vintage style rooms and this is no exception. This could be a duvet but it’s tucked in with a coverlet on the end of the bed.
LOVE this one from @lightanddwell. The rust-colored fabric headboard with creamy bedspread and minimal pillows show minimal restraint but it still reads warm and cozy.
@mollykiddstudio creates a beautifully serene bedroom along with this luxurious beige/taupe bedspread. It feels like a dreamy room to sleep in.
@moorehousedesign does the best non-fluffy beds and I’m in love with each one of them! It goes so well with vintage decor.
