Soft and Chewy Snickerdoodles
These soft and chewy snickerdoodle cookies are delicious and soon to become a family favorite!

We love snickerdoodles in our house! A soft and chewy snickerdoodle can be made all year round but we especially love them around Christmas time. The extra sugar I guess makes us think of them as a Christmas cookie.

- Stir or beat in dry ingredients just until combined.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together. Roll into small balls (about 1 1/2 inches) and roll in the sugar mixture. Place balls 2 inches apart on parchment paper or silicone sheet lined cookie sheets.
