A Photo Shoot + Tracey Ayton

I am very excited to have a photo shoot with Tracey Ayton!

Tracey Ayton Photo Shoot - So Much Better With Age

So you might remember me saying a few times that we renovated recently and now have a BRAND NEW KITCHEN!

AND you might remember me saying , like here and here, that it was was going to be photographed for a magazine soon!

I KNOW!

So what’s been happening with that, you ask?

Well, here’s the story.

There’s still a few things to tweak before it’s fully ready for photographing because the photographer doesn’t just want to photograph my kitchen, she wants to photograph MY ENTIRE HOUSE!

Say whaaat?

And I’m honoured to say that this famous local Vancouver photographer is Tracey Ayton.

If you don’t know who she is, you should.

She photographs gorgeous, one-of-a-kind homes for the best shelter magazines like Style At Home, Canadian House and Home, BC Living and more.

Tracey has been over to my house twice now and immediately I felt like I knew her.

I think we chatted more about life and art than the task at hand (which is totally fine by me!)

Not only is she an amazing photographer she is an amazing soul. Can I say that I love you Tracey?

Love the photos she took for our local famous blogger Monika Hibbs’ baby’s nursery.

And her kitchen. Both were published in Style At Home.
