In the dining room, I added some soft beachy elements to some wire baskets that I brought in from different areas around the house.
And I love the summer elements in my living room.
I love how the colors in these books match the sea glass in the jar. And isn’t the picket fence candle holder adorable?
Sea shells and driftwood is an easy way to add summer decor to your home.
I shopped the house and brought a few things to the mantel to make it light and airy.
Remember my new French mirror?
I bought these glass Pyrex jars years ago at a garage sale. Add lavender or sea shells to make them pop.
Just wrap some burlap and twine around a glass jar to add a beachy element to your decor.
I recently painted these oars for my son’s room. I have yet to give you a full tour of his room but soon, I promise!
And here’s a sneak peek of my new kitchen along with
A magazine may be coming over to shoot my kitchen soon! EEK
And lastly here is a peek at our back deck that I just posted about with our ice cream party. Crazy that this neutral-loving girl has a colorful back deck!

Love all of your coastal touches! Comgrats on a possible magazine feature:)
What a lovely aesthetic you have. I can always tell I’m going to like a blog that’s new to me the second I open it, based on the header design (often just by font choice) and all that follows quickly below. So consider me a new fan, as I’m pretty new to the blogosphere. I love the way your vignettes impart interest through patina and varied non-colors. Love the woods, metals, stone and aged paper, all artfully placed. Thanks for sharing!
