Summer Tour with Flowers, Flowers, and More Flowers
Today I’m sharing my summer tour with beautiful flowers, flowers and more flowers!

The best way to decorate your home for summer, in my opinion, is with flowers! We spend most of the days outside that it reminds us of the outdoors and makes everything feel so fresh and pretty.
Today I’m participating in the last of the Seasonal Simplicity Summer Series hosted by Krista of The Happy Housie. If you’re stopping over from Shannon of Home Made Lovely then welcome! So glad you’re here.
Don’t you love this soft simple decor with some small vases and pink peonies? You can see more of my simple summer mantel with peonies here.

I visited my friend Tracey Ayton recently and we had a lovely little brunch at her house. I knew she had a photo shoot with Trevor from Landeau later that day but I didn’t think he was going to give me a bouquet of roses! Thank you so much Tracey and Trevor!

In the kitchen, I have bunches of peonies. Peonies are here for only a short time so I love buying as many as I can and enjoying them all over my house. The smell is so fragrant.

I made this summer greenery hoop wreath for the living room but I’ve removed the wire ‘dream’ word and hung it on my range hood.
You can see more of my pink and green summer kitchen here.

I made this floral centrepiece with roses and eucalyptus for one of my book projects. I love using champagne buckets for holding flowers and in my book there’s a great tip on what else I put in the champagne bucket to hold up the flowers.

There are a number of projects I made for the outdoors this year. This French basket centrepiece is the easiest thing you’ll do all year.
I also shared how to host a banana split outdoor party and how to make a square wreath with mossy branches.

I always wanted two outdoor seating areas but didn’t think I had the space for it. It’s so nice to be able to relax with a glass of rose in these loungers in the evening now.

I’m so glad you came for my summer tour today with flowers, flowers, flowers! Now be sure to visit Sheila from Maison de Cinq.
